Excess buy back - Ford an additional R30 per month the client can buy the basic excess buy back, limited to R5000

Tyre cover - For an additional R10 per month the client can buy cover for damage to tyres due to poor road surfaces or accidents.

Personal Accident Cover - For an additional R15 per month the client can buy personal accident cover for death or permanent total disability to the value of R25 000. Or for an additional R30 per month the client can extend the cover to R50 000.

  We need to highlight the following in this regard:

We are well aware that GOLDWING owners and the GOLDWING family are extremely proud of the product and therefore spend substantial time and effort to individualise their bike in a special way.

Vehicle insurance is usually based on the retail value of the specific item, which implies determining the realistic price at which the item can be sold for.

Both we and the insurers attempt to sort out the complicated value assessment beforehand.

We are aware of the fact that only a few, if any, dealers are able to do an accurate value assessment.

The only solution will be to insure the bike based on agreed value.

Find attached a GOLDWING inspection assessment form, which should be completed in full and signed by the local GOLDWING area club chairperson, as well as the national chairperson or vice-chairperson.

At least 4 photos should be sent to us electronically (in a PDF format) (front, back and two side views)

These assessments should be revised annually by your club chairperson and/or vice-chairperson on or before the renewal date.
