NEW HIJACKING STYLES PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE!
We all hear about these incidents and hope it never happens to anyone we know. How ever the latest styles used by hijackers are far more horrific than ever before.
Because of the new gun law and stricter rules regarding ammunition, hijackers have turned their attention to other methods to get us in a vulnerable position.
These are some of the methods that they are known to use:
- They use pool acid, this acid is kept in a syringe or even a small plastic and then used to blind daze and disorientate the driver of the vehicle, and it also assists them in getting away from the scene more readily. Please do not wind down your windows, even a small bit at an intersection whatsoever.
- They use cable ties to tie your electronic gate. When you arrive at the gate, it will not open. You then get out of the car to inspect the gate and that’s when they strike. If your gate does not open, drive away and call your security company (make sure you know the number), get help or check to see if you can see any cable ties.
- They also throw eggs at your vehicle, hoping that you will then slow down and put your wipers on. Once you put your wipers on, you can not see a thing as the egg smudges your screen badly. This is just what the hijackers want. They stand a few meters away, and once you have pulled over, they attack and take your car- maybe even your life! In the event of this happening to you, just keep driving. Open your windows slightly, put your head out the window for vision, and keep driving until you arrive at a safe place.
